Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll eceive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delhi/NCR: Same-day delivery available via local delivery apps. Standard delivery: 3-4 business days.
Metro Cities: 4-6 business days.
Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 will have a standard shipping charge based on your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional charge, collected by the
courier service.

Packaging & Safety

We take extra care in packing our candles, home decor, and fragile items using protective cushioning, bubble rap, and sturdy boxes.
In the rare event of breakage, report it within 72 hours of delivery with photos at hello@radliving.in.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@radliving.in with images.
We will arrange for an exchange or provide a suitable resolution.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns due to personal preference must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be issued as store credit or processed minus shipping charges for both ways.
Returns must be sent back in original packaging, undamaged, and in sellable
condition.
Refunds will only be approved after we receive the returned goods in their
original condition.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Products purchased on sale or discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
Used or opened candles cannot be returned.
