Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by contacting us at hello@radliving.in. We will arrange for an exchange or provide a suitable resolution.

Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return a product due to personal preference, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@radliving.in. Refunds will be issued as store credit or processed minus shipping charges for both ways. Returns must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in sellable condition to qualify. Refunds will only be approved after we receive the returned goods in their original condition.

Can I update my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, email us immediately at hello@radliving.in with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

Can I modify my order?
To modify an order, please contact us promptly at hello@radliving.in with your order number and desired changes. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it, allowing you to place a new order with the correct items.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship from our warehouse in Noida, India.

What are the shipping timelines?
Delhi/NCR: Same-day delivery available via local delivery apps. Standard delivery in 3-4 business days.
Metro Cities: 4-6 business days.
Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available at checkout for a minimal additional charge. This fee is collected by our courier partners for handling cash.

How do you ensure safe packaging for fragile items like candles and home decor?
We take packaging seriously! Every candle, glassware, and home decor item is packed with protective cushioning, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event of breakage during transit, please reach out to us with photos within 72 hours of delivery at hello@radliving.in, and we will assist you.

Do you use paraffin in your candles?
No, our candles are made with a custom blend of soy and coconut waxes—natural, sustainable, and non-toxic.

What kind of wicks do you use?
We use non-bleached, lead-free cotton wicks for a clean and safe burn.

How can I maximize my candle's burn time?
First Burn: Let the wax melt fully across the surface to prevent tunneling.
Subsequent Burns: Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting to maintain an even flame.
Keep the candle away from drafts and never burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time. -
How do I know when my candle is finished?
Stop using your candle when about 1/2"of wax remains at the bottom.

What can I do with my empty glass jar?
We love a good upcycle moment! After freezing the jar for 24 hours, remaining wax should pop out easily. Clean the jar with soap and water, then reuse it for storage, plants, or decor.

We offer two formats for private events:
- Workshops (Up to 50 people) – A sit-down experience where guests get hands-on and create their own scented products.
- Live Stations (Minimum 50 guests, no upper limit) – A counter-style experience where guests can walk up and personalize their product on the spot. -
